Zoe Yadira Zaldana Nazario was born on June 19, 1978. She is an American actress. She is also known as Zoë Saldana, Zoe Saldaña, and Zoë Saldaña. She is known for playing Anamaria in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl and Uhura in the 2009 film Star Trek. Saldana was also the lead in the video for Juan Luis Guerra's song "La llave de mi corazón", and has recently been cast as Uhura in the upcoming Star Trek movie.
