Jennie McAlpine was born on 1984. She is an English actress who is best known for roles in the long running and popular British soap operas Emmerdale and Coronation Street. In Coronation Street she has played character Fiz Brown since 2001 and in Emmerdale she played Michelle Morley from 1999 to 2001. In 2008 she took time out in South Africa to film a series of special episodes for Coronation Street which are due to air as soon. In 2008 she appeared in a Freeview advertisement promoting its PVR service. She was nominated in the category of 'Best Soap Actress' at the 2008 TV Quick Awards.
