Kirsten Storms was born on April 8, 1984, in Orlando, Florida. She is an American actress best known for her role as Isabella "Belle" Black in the NBC soap opera Days of our Lives from 1999 to 2004, and for her multiple starring roles as Zenon in Disney Channel productions.
Storms currently stars on the ABC soap opera General Hospital and its prime-time spin-off General Hospital: Night Shift portraying Maxie Jones.
