Now celery, big and white-colored,
Mash until they are sleek and lumination.

With the hen we must eat.

For a treat a pumpkin pie,
Golden darker and hot unique.
What a fantastic Xmas treat!

A THANKSGIVING FABLE ( Oliver Herford  )
It was a depriving yourself of food genitals cat,
upon Xmas morn,

And she experienced a blessed little bunny,
that ate an ear of sort toe.
"If I ate that blessed little bunny,
how blessed he should be,
When he had designed a food himself,
to make a food for me!
Then with his Thanks for having fed,
and thanks for having me.
With all his thankfulness within,
how blessed I shall be!"
Thus mused the depriving yourself of food genitals cat,
upon Xmas Day.
But the little bunny had overheard
and decreased (with thanks) to continue to be.

A TURKEY SPEAKS
I have never understood
why anyone would

roast the turkey
and shuck the clams
and razor-sharp the croutons
and take care of the peas
and goodies the sweets
and compote the cranberries
and create the pies
and clear eliminate the table
and wash the dishes
and decrease into bed
when they could sit back
and pleasure in a mozerella pizzas.

H for experience situated away, home and fireplace and holiday

That times THANKS for joy in living
And a jolly fantastic Xmas.

AT GRANDMA'S HOUSE
I like the flavor of turkey
Any time throughout the year
But it never seems to flavor as good
As when Thanksgiving's here.
Could be it's all the trimmings
That are ready with it to eat-
But I think it's having at Might be house
That creates it such a treat!

BE THANKFUL
Be blessed for home
Be blessed for food
Be blessed for creatures that fly
Be blessed for sleep

Be blessed for ambiance in the sky.
Be blessed for friends
Be blessed for rain
And the rainbows that stick to turn by.

She changes a pumpkin into pie
As quickly as you or I
Can trend a palm or wink an eye
She requires staying breads or muffin
And changes them to chicken stuffin'
She changes red grapes to sauce
And meat to soups ands soups to broths
And when she blends gingerbread
It gets a man instead
With icing receiver 'round his throat
And raisin keys down his coat
Oh, some like miracle created with wands
And some study miracle out of books
And some like fairy periods and charms
But I like miracle created by cooks
